CNBC interviews Weimin Tan on U.S. property prices

Posted by Wei Min Tan on May 23, 2021

Weimin Tan on CNBC about U.S. price to income ratio being reasonable, where prices are 3X annual income.

The US average price to income ratio is about 3x, which means the average house price is three times annual income.  This shows the market is healthy.  A bubble market is like Hong Kong where property price is 20x annual income.
