Google is building a second Manhattan campus in Hudson Square. This over 1.7 million sqft campus with an estimated budget of over $1 billion in capital improvements will double Google’s presence in Manhattan by adding 8,000 more employees. The new building will be at St. John’s Terminal while Google will occupy two existing buildings at 315 and 345 Hudson Street.
Disney will also be expanding in Hudson Square in Manhattan, and this is going to be Disney’s New York headquarters. Disney’s new office will comprise two 320-foot towers and 1.2 million sqft of space, taking up an entire city block.
