Publication:  Crain’s New York Business

Summary:  Given the less-stringent banking regulations, possible reinstatement of the 421a tax abatement program and upcoming infrastructure projects, Crain’s New York interviews Wei Min Tan on the next hottest area where developers would be investing.

Wei Min’s comments in article:  Mentions favoring the World Trade Center area.  This is because of access to transportation, demand from people working at the several World Trade Center buildings, Westfield mall and the upcoming Perelman Performing Arts Center.

Aside from Manhattan, the outer boroughs do offer a price advantage and Wei Min talks about the 50 percent price discount when going across the river.
