Maximizing rental cashflow

Posted by Wei Min Tan on March 5, 2025

Dear Potential Investor Client,

We represent a lot of global investors who rent out their condos.  Our clients see Manhattan property as a good means of asset diversification and as a hedge against economic volatility and currency fluctuations.  For such investor clients, we do not see the transaction as done after closing.  Rather, it becomes a long term relationship.

After closing, we will help the investor client market the condo to tenants and filter the applicant pool to ensure the owner gets a highly qualified tenant.  We review the applicants’ financials, credit history and provide recommendations to our client.  It is very important that our client cashflows smoothly.

At time of renewal, we will negotiate the renewal to make sure the owner maximizes rental income.  Our clients enjoy a very “hands off” and stress free experience.  The graph above is an example of how an investor client’s rental income has increased over the years.
